I originally planned on fleshing this out more, but after another five hours or so of working on it, I decided I was done with it.
This is a painting on my character, Marcello Agnesi as Saint John the Baptist and the painting is referenced from Caravaggio's St. John the Baptist.
Completed in Photoshop CS using Wacom intuos3 in about 13-16 hours.
